Failed generations
A failed or cancelled generation returns its reserved credits automatically. If a remote submission is uncertain, the job enters review so it does not submit or charge a second time. Cancel the review job to release its credit reservation.
Subscription cancellation
Use the Billing portal to cancel an activated subscription. Cancellation and access dates follow the payment-provider subscription record. Cancelling a subscription does not itself issue a payment refund.
Requesting a payment refund
Send a request through Contact with your account email and purchase reference. Refund eligibility follows applicable consumer law and the purchase conditions disclosed at checkout. Do not include card numbers or payment passwords. No specific money-back guarantee is promised by this default installation.
Credit reconciliation
A verified payment refund reverses the allocation associated with that purchase. If allocated credits have already been used, new generation may be paused until the remaining credit adjustment is resolved. Your credit balance is never made negative.
Test checkouts
Test-mode checkouts do not collect real money and do not grant live credits or subscription access. The operator must configure a supported merchant account and accurate purchase terms before enabling live billing.
